SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE for orders inside Greece. All domestic orders are shipped via ELTA Courier within 1-3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification.

International Orders:

Shipping is FREE for all international orders over 185 euros, otherwise there is a flat shipping fee of 20 euros, applied in checkout. All international orders are shipped via ELTA Courier within 1-3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. For overseas delivery with ELTA, there might be delays due to covid restrictions on airplane companies.

RETURNS
We offer returns for either store credit, a refund in the original form of payment, or an exchange for a different size or colour. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.nataliemignonneathens.gr, please email us at info@nataliemignonneathens.gr within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
